Hi Noa,
I'm still on the lithium, 1200mg a day. I am closer to being stable (I think) but depressed. I feel like I go from one version of feeling miserable to another version of feeling miserable--with an occassional break for a day or two.
If I stop drinking liquids at 9pm, I can sleep through the night.
