Some people lose weight on Wellbutrin and almost no one gains. It is not an amphetamine(speed). It is a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake blocker. Most people find it activating and stimulating. It is classified as an anti-depressant.

What is a good med to help with falling asleep at night due to ruminating thoughts and restless leg syndrome?I think some people take trazadone(Desyrel) which is an anti-depressant to sleep at night. I'm not familiar with restless leg syndrome although I've seen it mentioned on the board. I personally also sometimes take kava (over the counter herbal) and it helps me.
Good wishes A.
