Went to see the head store manager today, and guess what? Phil was right! The manager(who apologized profusely) had heard several of the same type of complaint about that security guy, and is now planning to contact the guy's company(it's an outside contractor) and get the guy reasigned to another store. Also, the manager is going to destroy all the paper work and said that I am "welcome" to shop there anytime, because I am a "valued" customer.
So, NYAHH, NYAHH, to you Mr. Dumbhead Security Moron!!! Anyway, thank you all for the wonderful support, you have really helped me thru this ordeal. CarolAnn
