David - If you get fewer side effects with this approach, I see no problem with twice daily dosing with Celexa. The only reason it is taken once daily is to improve compliance (it's easier to remember to take something once daily, rather than twice or three times daily). Once you reach a steady state blood level (in about 5 to 7 days) or after the side effects seem to disappear completely (2 weeks), you could go back to once daily dosing, if you wanted.
