I don't know about topomax, but I have been on Paxil 20mg and Remeron 15mg for about 3 weeks now, and I take Ativan (Lorazepam) 0.5mg as needed for anxiety...its not a miracle drug by any sense of the word...but it does keep my insane thoughts from surfacing...and if it gets too unbearable, I take two and lie down...it seems to work...
