HELP

I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP PLEASE.Is it that easy. I just got out of inpatient treatment. Now I am out patient. They are throwing words like OCD, self mutilation, tricotilomania, bipolar disorder, and border line personality disorder. Then they want to know why I have trouble promising one day @ a time not to end my life.
