I second the motion on taking Prozac. Take Prozac for two or three days, then skip a couple days, take another one and then let it fizzle out. This will let you down gently. And you won't need but 3 or 4 pills to do it.

If you find you really need an AD, Prozac is regarded as being the only one safe during pregnancy.

I noticed in Dr Bob's Tips that one doctor uses Benadryl for Effexor withdrawals. Might want to check that out. JohnL
