Bill: Im on 60 mg parnate. Have been for about 6-8 weeks with the best results. I too have had problems like you with TCA's. Parnate certainly clears my head (I,m ADD-H with Dysthymia). Also, I take lithium 900 mg daily. The results have been very good. Best wishes and blessings with your choice.
