My only relative concern is that people who are desperate may unwisely take some potion that will harm them. We are adults and should be responsible. I'd feel better if people were more adept in scientific (critical) thinking and could make better informed decisions. But I don't mean to disagree with your approach. Just look at the cost of (approved) medications in the US vs. other countries and you'll have a good reason. Besides, many of the people pushing to stop this new 'vice' are the same ones pushing to deregulate guns. Personally I fear guns more than drugs.
