I know, this might be an overshare, but...
I have my period.
{sigh} 'Nother round of Clomid, and crossed fingers. 'Course, it would all be a heck of a lot easier if we could figure out when I'm actually ovulating! The doctor called today, said the blood work says I'm ovulating, but the temperature charts say I'm not. And the Clomid should have extended my cycle, and it doesn't seem to have done so.
You know what? I think this all means that I'm just really whacked, inside and out, huh? {sigh}
For those of us in the States, have a happy holiday.
Oh, and a Thanksgiving story, for no apparent reason:
I worked with a woman some years ago, who was a bit dim. One day, I wished someone a happy Thanksgiving on his way out the door. She took me aside, to tell me that it probably offended him -- "he's Jewish, and I don't know if they celebrate Thanksgiving." I said, "Thanksgiving is an American holiday, so it doesn't matter if someone's Jewish. It's not religious."
Of course, she knew she had me there, and to prove it, she set me straight: "well, they don't celebrate Christmas..."
(By the way, what happened to November on this board???)
