oooh, hvaing posted the first one in this thread.. i think I have an idea.. Ive been trying to write this for weeks and weeks *lol*
I do do the no breathing thing.. I've never been very good in being regular.. but the last couple of months things have really, um, loosened up..
I'll try the cream.. been using anusol but will change brands!!Thanks for putting my mind at rest though about the bug crawling *l* That part was worrying me!
What on earth would I do without you guys here??!!
