That's because you are! The best thing about it, tho, is that YOU are the one confirming it. We all can get so down on ourselves and it can be so hard to accept the good that others say we do -- but you and I and all of us have such great self-generated evidence of it here in Babbleland.

Oh ... my ... gahhhuuuud! I could not BELIEVE what I wrote about some of the meds I was on back then! I first joined Babble about 2 years into a 2.5 year odyssey of finding the best med fit for me. I remembered that lithium wasn't good -- I didn't quite recall how AWFUL it was.flb
