Alli - How sad & worrying & stressful about your kitty hun.
Our 13 year old cat has diabetes. I use a human blood testing kit to test her blood - poke her ear for blood - she doesn't even notice it! My vet showed me how. This way I don't have to take here there to get her blood checked! It's very easy to do. I also give her her insulin. I am terrified of needles & the thought of GIVING a needle TOTALLY freaked me out, but you just pull their skin up & poke it in at the bottom of the lump of furry skin & she doesn't even notice it. I decided to use shorter needles than the one the vet taught me with! I used saline solution at the vet's office to learn! Yikes.
As to all the other stuff, Alli - you have a lot on your plate without all the other stuff, don't you. My thoughts are bigtime with you.
luv, Kath
