I'm really not sure at this point what to expect. They have three main doctors there, one is a spine surgeon, another does spine manipulation (a form of therapy), and the other, my guy, does injection therapy. My understanding is that you see the first two non-invasive doctors first. Then if there is no improvemnet after awhile, they give you the option to talk to the surgeon about surgery fixes. I'm sure this doctor has a whole lot of different meds to try, and it may include Botox. But I will add this to my list and mention it to him when I see him on the 14th. I'm just hoping that we can at least get me cut down on the pain meds. I'm taking so much, and I'm running out of them early. Thankfully, my PM doc has put a limit on how far she will go with them or God only know how many I might take. My pain is very severe.
