Thanks for the answers everyone!

I guess I wasn't quite clear in my initial message. My doc wants me to switch to Efexor because "it has a wider effect". I believe it affects the re-uptake of noradrenaline as well as of serotonin.

Zoloft has done *some* good things for me, and I've experienced minimal side-effects from it.

Anyway, it's so good to hear I'm not alone!
