CRH Receptor Antagonists

I've heard great things about the corticotropin-releasing hormone antagonist drug trials that are ongoing. Has anyone out there been involved in the CRH-R drug trials? Where is most of the research being done? How long before an FDA approved CRH-R antagonist drug is available? Any MD's out there with first hand experience with these agents or with any thoughts on this intruiging treatment prospect?
