> Any thoughts would be great, thanks!The general rule for Meds is GO LOW AND SLOW. Some people are seriously depressed and may feel that
they need immediate relief but they may go right past their therapeutic dosage and onto a higher dose
that gives them intolerable side effects. My advice would be to start at 5mg and wait one week , then 10mg
at another week , and so on. We're all individuals with different reactions when dealing with meds.
