I've been taking 100mg 4-androstene-3,17-diol several times a week along with Zoloft. Haven't noticed any interaction with the medication, and I doubt that there would be a problem with 19-norastronedione either. If anything, I would think androgenic pro-hormones would be somewhat antidepressant in themselves, and could augment the meds in a positive way.
