How much longer is it going to be before i feel no more tremors when I wake up from a deep sleep and when will my sleep improve so I dont wake up all night long need to take something to just get a little sleep. I've will have been off the zyprexa 3 weeks this Tuesday I just want to feel good again with out these side effects its driving me crazy to say the least. Thank you Suebird

I am so sorry to hear about your problems.
As far as when the withdrawal symptoms will disappear, that depends on how fast you came off the med. Not to alarm you but CTing a med or using a fast tapering schedule will prolong withdrawal symptoms. Not always but generally.
I have been using Magnesium and milk peptides as sleep aides since I am tapering Remeron. Both are not habit forming and I sleep throught the night. I may wake up one time but that is it.

You might need a small tapering dose of something like Diazepam or Clonazepam to get you through this zyprexa withdrawal. (If you aren't already on a benzo) If it's just short term, and a planned taper, tolerance/dependance shouldn't be an issue. Ask your pdoc if it is a possibility.
