Did you taper or go cold turkey?
Have you tried other techniques such as adding Benadryl or low dose prozac to mitigate the withdrawal effects?
Cymbalta withdrawal sounds like Effexor so you might benefit from seeing how people have overcome withdrawal from Effexor also.

i don't remember how much gms i was taking but he added to where i was taking 3 pills a day but to cut down to two when i was feeling better... so that went off and on for a while.. i wasn't getting better and wanted to try emsam. so.. umm i cut eat pill every three days. i start the patch {God, i have to wait} i think next tues i can start the new med.. but in the meantime.. i am going crazy. i'm haveing such anger fits.. {never had} .. i do have PTSD and cronic depression.. LOL i look like a junkie coming off of cocaine. no offense

i have to wonder with all these brain zaps... is there going to be any damage? dang.. how long will they last, also the acks and pains..7 more days till new med... doc also wanted me to try VNS.. any thoughts on that

Sounds like you are really suffering:
Try to take a dose of Benadryl. I've read some things that Benadryl is an SRI (i.e. not selective like the SSRIs). I've read about a lot people who have successfully withdrawn from meds that effect serotonin by using Benadryl.
You can also call your doc and ask for a taper with Prozac. This method sounds very effective for a lot of people.

i am on clonidine and i developed akathesia and taking a med i can't even spell.. my husband keeps all my meds locked up..wonder why?
