OH YEAH!!
For the last few years I've been thinking I have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrom) and I twitch A LOT at night, drives my poor wife nuts cause she can't sleep either.
Anyway, all that was nothing compared to the twitches I have now. Been off Effexor and Trazodone for 6 nights. Leg cramps and muscle twitches are begining to subside slightly.
Hang in there, it seems like most of these nasty withdrawl effects eventualy go away.

I know what you mean. I lowered my dose for a few weeks and completely lost it. The twitches were much worse then. I am back up to my old dose, feeling better, still twitching but not nearly as bad. Thanks for the input. Good Luck
