Going off Trazadone Seroquel

Hi & Help-

Stopped Trazadone & Seroquel on Wed night a week ago. Friday night bad withdrawal set in. Nausea, can't get up off couch. Given Xanex Extended. Will this help. I don't know where to turn. Feel like I'm dying and going crazy. Health care provider not very sympathetic.
