SIP really cold ginger ale over ice or Coke. Use the full sugar version. Do NOT let yourself get too hot. Being cool helps. Also soda crackers can help.

thanks, i'll give it a try. i didn't think of it but i think the heat thing REALLy made it bad yesterday. i was really hot all day and think that did some harm. i'll try to stay out of heat today.
i'll get some soda and give it a try.
Thanks a lot.

Ginger supplements from the health food store are supposed to be good. Never tried though. There are even reports that ginger itself has antidepressant properties which might help along the journey as well.

all of them. wellbutrin, zoloft, zyprexa, ritalin and xanax.
i did it slowly and the last ones were ritalin and zoloft so it's one of those two that did it.

It probably the Zoloft. If things get really you can on Prozac for bit and then come off that. It's much easier.

Feel better soon.

If you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms resulting from the discontinuation of SRI antidepressants, you could try Phernergan (promethazine). Not only would it treat the nausea, but it might also help with other withdrawal symptoms.

Hello, try gingerale... it has always worked for me , right from when i was little and my mom would give it to me for stomach flu..
ginger is a natural antinausea... best to take it flat(stir vigorously to remove the carbonation)or let it sit at room temp for awhile.. take small sips throughout the day..

Good luck
Musky
