Hi Matt :-)
How long have you been taking Efexor for now? Are you still keeping the diary?! You did promise :-)
>Moving the Effexor dose back down to 150mgs actually worked well. The last few days have been great.
Mood and anxiety improved?
>nigthtmares
Did you have nightmares before you started Efexor?
Did your nightmares get worse when you increased the dose?.......or did the nightmares appear relatively suddenly when you decreased the dose back down to 150mg/day?
Are you still taking 75mg Efexor in the morning and 75mg in the evening?
>I'm going to add 37.5mgs Effexor tonight and stay with that for a week probably, see what happens.
Rather than increasing the dose just yet, you could try taking 37.5mg in the morning and 112.5mg in the evening.
>1000mgs Seroquel
.......it a lot, probably far too much! IMO, the high dose of Seroquel might be part of the problem. Try taking a small dose of Seroquel at night a small dose of Ativan. Take the Ativan at about 9pm.
Love
Ed
