Hi!Iv heard it said that benadryl is good for all kinds of things,like drug withdwawl,nightmares.....are we talking about benadryl as sold in shops for colds or something else?

(im from NZ and allthough it prob sounds like im really stupid was just wondering because Benadryl is a cougth cold remedy over here)

Benedryl has many uses. Its an antihistamine.

thanks.You dont know how embarrased I felt after putting in that thread.Of course benedryl would be the same everywhere.I feel so stupid.
