Posted by woolav on June 5, 2005, at 11:31:51

I have forgotten to p/u my prozac from the pharmacy for a week now, and really havent felt any neg. side effects. I know ppl have said it has a long half-life..and perhaps that my mood stabelizer meds are making me not have withdrawl effects..I just wonder if i should go ahead and start taking them again or wait until i see my pdoc next week and see what he says....

What do YOU want to do? Do you want to continue with Prozac therapy or discontinue the drug entirely?

Im not sure...I have been taking it for a while now. But I have had major depressive episodes while taking it. (also hypomania episodes) ..so I dont know if i need it or not. Ive been taking the 2 mood stabelizer meds now and klonopin for anxiety so I dont know..I saw a new pdoc 3 wks ago. He left me on the same meds as my prev doc, but added the trileptal. I guess If i dont feel bad (yet) I wont take the prozac.
