Thanks to all who have responded. I guess like anyone I am looking for the most safe and painless way to get clean. Any one who has advice on breaking the addiction and easing the withdrawl symptoms would be appreciated.

I have quit before, but it is always difficult and hard to stick it out. I am going to try some natural detox methods, but that may speed up the withdrawls.
