Psycho-Babble Withdrawal

I'm not alone! I thought I was the only one who couldn't "get off" of effexor. I can't stand the nightmares (horrible) or the indescribable buzzy, numb, out-of-tune feeling. My depression seems to always be present and getting worse. Losing hope. Does anyone know about this effexor, wellbutrin, klonopin cocktail? Just heard about it today.
