Hi All, My latest doseage of Effexor is now...

50mg; I take one/25mg tablet in the morning and then one/25mg tablet 12 hours later at night.

So far, so good.

My highest dose was 150mg of Effexor XR. I was at 75mg Effexor XR when I switched to tablets. Tapering down from the 75mg began in February 2005; I am going very slowly as I had SEVERE withdrawal going from 37.5 every other day to nothing at one point.

So far my doctor has been great at letting me go at my own pace.
