Wellbutrin reduction

I was wondering if a person, on their own, could reduce their dose of Wellbutrin from 300 to 150. I have weaned down EffexorXR 56.25mg for a week now. I feel pretty good but I do feel quite a bit of anxiety and a little jittery inside.
I wrote earlier that I couldn't get a hold of my doc for the past week or so because she has been out sick so I have been really on my own. I'm thinking the Wellbutrin, being that I heard that it could increase anxiety, is the culprit for the increased anxiety. I HATE that feeling! I broke out in real sweat at the store today just trying to pick out three different birthday cards. I mean that is a pretty hard thing ya know....ha ha!

I did. I am currently on 150 mg down from 300. Just cut it in half 3 weeks ago because I am weaning off of Klonopin and I started having seizures. It was recommended to me on this board that I cut the Wellbutrin down as I was going off of the Klonopin because WB lowers the threshhold for seizures.
