It has been a tough summer for me, and I dread school starting in a week! I only have three semesters to go, and i get more anxious every semester!

hi there,
My classes start soon too. A mix of anticipation, and anxiety. Will I be able to handle a full courseload? What happens if I have a mental breakdown in the middle of the semester. yikes! Well, I guess I will just have to do my thing and keep on truckin'3 semesters. That's about 50-odd weeks. One week at a time, okay?
You can do it.
Maybe some CBT for anxiety symptoms? Use the first few weeks of the semester to get some coping mechanisms in place?
Hope all is well,
-Ll

I go through this every semester, and then I get a routine going. This year my classes are at night, and I hate driving to school in the dark!! Very depressing, and I don't have SAD...
