it is becoming more and more apparent the extent of the problem.
generally, they won't pay the workers, in new zealand. they just won't do it. i mean.. you see the amount in your bank account and it is less than it is supposed to be. what are you going to do about it? and it turns out there isn't anything you can do about it, really, except leave. of course. just walk away.
so... do the work... then walk away.
hahahhahahaha they don't care. they just replace one year with another year with another year with another year.
they were staffing the schools with a combination of students employed before they graduate (so that means the university won't graduate them. it will fail them for the last course they had or else refuse to accept evidence of their degree completion) and it won't pay them.
also migrant workers. come here and work.. by the time you realise they won't pay you.. won't acknowledge your qualifications. won't pay you.
well then leave, then. replace you with new migrant workers. new students. they graduate them (haha) 2 x per year -- right?
they cry cry cry cry cry that they don't have enough teachers. but they get more than 2 applications for every place -- and they only need 1 teacher. why would it be so f*ck*ng bad if there was 1 teacher applying for 1 place. i mean ffs. what is the aim the point the purpose the goal? to ensure that.. how many teachers are unemployed and out of work?
doing anyting anything anything anything anything just to get by.
that's what it's really about. it's really about that.
and that's what they are doing all over the show.
apparently something something about the UN and minimum standards. on wages and the like. working conditions.
but the thing is that they aren't empoying workers. they are saying they are temporary contractors or casual staff or whatever.
like..
in hospitality there's something about them needing to give you a break every however many hours you work. so what htey will intentionally do is make your shifts only the number of hours for you to have a break. they won't pay you to take a break. they'll have a shift change instead. just nasty things just being nasty. that's how nasty things are here. they say it's about management 'efficiency' and theres always a few people earning top dollar for figuring how to flog the workers that bit harder.
they don't staff the universities, either. not really. they use student slaves to do it. they won't sign the studnet slaves off becuase then they would need to pay tehm and they won't pay them. so. .
hell... they'll say they don't acknowlege any of their qualificiations so they will be forced to start over else... else they will not have enojugh money to pay rent.
that' show we keep the sheeple. the sheep. the animals.
we don't have people in nz. i don't see any. i don't see any people.
apparently the social security authority, now, gets to have a hearing of how they aren't going to give me an advance benefit payment so i can pay the court costs that have been ordered to pay else my cases are deemed forced abandoned or aborted by the courts.
they will say it would be irresponsible of them to lend me the money since the supreme court judges have agrees that there doesn't seem to be any prospects for me to succeed. basically.. theres some kind of category error where the courts are unwilling or unable to accept evidence of a crime or evidence of contrary to statute. unwilling or unable to parse the statutes.
so the effect of this is...
the government can treat the people however they want. including refusing to acknowledge their qualifications. refusing to pubically advertise jobs or training. refusing to progress jobs or training. refusing to pay people for jobs or training. refusing to graduate. the government can simplly withhhold wages or enough moeny for people to live (the government is the major employer)
the people complain?? what are you going ot do about it??
you can't get a lawyer to help you articulate their wrongs or their crimes. they won't allow you to have one. no lawyer will represent you -- they don't allow you to have money -- right?
and then the courts order you to pay security for costs else your cases are abandoned. they write about how the cases lack merits and so on. they are just being bullies.
it is blatently obviou sthat the courts are being bullies.
the education act of NZ is clear about various things and the universities of nz refuse to act in accordance with the statute and the courts of nz refuse to uphold the education act. they won't do it.
we don't have universities. we have slave or detention camps. there's nothing here. there's no training program. there's just detention camp. where you pay the university and hand over work and so on... and they don't pay you. they don't even give you your qualifications when it is time for htem to do that. they are bullying abusers.
where are the theses? it is supposed to be a feature of university (it is in the education act) that universities primary function is research. so, then, where is the research? where are all the theses that the students wrote? the theses should have the duration of enrolment on them that the student was enrolled for so you can see how long they slaved on it. where are the theses?
what's that?
there aren't any???
huh.

the universities don't function.
the judiciary doesn't function.they order criminals (sometimes) home detention. that's not punishment for a crime, that's a covid restriction.
they put people in prison for policital dissent. they put people in prison who protested government mandates.
they give pedophiles murderers and rapists home detention.
the police don't function.
they think they get to pick out the bullies they don't like and get the judge (if the judge is any good) to agree to measures to disable whoever the police want disabled. that seems to be what the police think is the fucntion of the courts. they think they know because they are on the streets and they see and they know.
they don't accept 'innocent until lproven guilty'. they don't do any of the things they are supposed to do. miranda rights. chain of evidence. they don't train them to do proper paperwork. the papers used to say who did what (whether it was a murder or natural causes) before autopsy. now they hold off on that a little.. but they still say things like the police having one suspect in custody and they aren't looking at or for anybody else. it is like they watch tv and go 'how can we do everything we aren't supposed to do and none of the things wer are supposed to do' just because -- we can!!!
that's the administration. throwing their weight around because they can!!!
the judges...
the adminsitration at the universities (what are you going to do about us keeping false transcripts and billings that don't add up)!!!!
there's nothing here
certainly not a health system.
the buildings arenn'tn fit for purpose.
but even if they were they don't hire staff. they jsut force student slaves to have fun raping and pillaging and so on all the victims who dare present for help.the people still don't get it. all of the tax money for the government and none of the social services.
___
i completed a 120 point research MPhil with the university of waikato in 2018.
they were required to get it to external examiners - and they unlawfully refused (misuse of an official document - my thesis submission).
the police won't prosecute because the function of police is to tend to the speak of the house's lawn. they are too busy doing that to attend to people's problems eg home violence from forced lockdowns that make it hard for people to get awy and have some peresonal space. and they don't train them to do paperwork. they prevent and prohibit them from filing proper paperwork. i'm sure. i'm sure they do. i'm sure they ensure that anybody who isn't corrupt is bullied out of the force pretty darn quickly. i would imagine.
finally they did send one to examiners. the university calendar regulations are clear that the thesis need to be returned to the candidate for the university to be justified requiring the student reenrol for 6 months more time. the externals refused to return teh thesis. that indicates they were not justified in forcing me to keep working.
the univeristy sent it out to be examined for the wrong qualification. PhD rather than MPhil. to try and force the examiners into saying I needed to keep working.
they didn't do anhy of the things they were supopsed to do. their primary function is research and they refuse to allow research to be done.
they are not a university. they are a slave indentured servant or whatever prison or detention camp.
there's nothing there. they refuse to allow there to be.
studnets learn despite or in spite of them. not because of them.
i did my work on time.
it's done.
auckland, then, was required to process my application for medicine, same as everybody else. they refuse.
because they aren't selecting candidates on the basis of their GPA / UMAT or UCAT / interview score. that's a phoney marketing fake scam. they aren't offering enrolment to the students ranked rightest. they are offering enrolments to studnets on the basis of other things. and they are throwing away applications from studnets they have decided they don't want.
like me.
they don't want me.
we don't really have any medications. or any paid doctors. it used to be all about chlorpormazine. old generation antipsychotics. because theya re cheap and incapacitating. but now they are using anasthetic. horse tranquiliser. lsd, even. because they are cheap.
they aren't even trying to help people.
but that's because the government doesn't want to help people. it wants most of them to die. nasty bruitsh and short little lives. put to some kind of use.. pedophilia mostlikely. then when it's time to pay them it'st ime for them to die.
there' snothing here.

i bet that if i enrolled in school certificate (even by correspondance and kept a low profile but did all the work).. if i worked at the work.. if i read the books or the plays, or whatever and the analysis of them or whatever and i really studied for it and worked hard at it...
i think i would likely fail it. the way it is, now, in the new zealand curriculum.
because it is about how much you suck up to your teacher and the other studnets in your class.
a combined sort of a copying from the teacher and the other studnets kind of a thing.
the way they do the internal assessments or assignments.
i mean, teachers can be more or less heavy handed or directive in what they want. they can make their grading criterion available to the studnets so that the students all do well. for example, in the private schools.
else the teachers can be maybe even misleading.. fail most hte class. i would imagine if you want to be paid to teach in the public schools...
and the kids.. i would imagine that if you got your marked work back from the teacher then the bully kids would want you to hand it over. so they could copy. maybe even copy it but changing the things you got wrong to get a better grade themselves. i bet that happens in both the public and private schoolsl. i bet the teachers... well.. yeah...
so...
the way the nz system works is that it is based on a combination of internal credits and external exam. such that it is impossible to get an excellence for a subject without doing very well in the internal. and it's not possible to do very well in teh internal without the teacher basically deciding that they grant you permission.
why would a teacher grant me permission?
to scrap through, maybe.. but to do very well?
see, now, the point of education is cosying up to the right people. im ean the lesson to new zealand is the way you get to PhD law from Harvard is you...
right?
it isn't abuot studying or anything like that. it's not that kind of work. it's not htat sort of a thing.

they are saying that people can't read or write because of covid.
but i think it's more likely that they are SAYING they refuse to acnowledge that the people can read and write.
the idea is 'the reason why the people can't have jobs where they are paid and the reason why they aren't adancing in their training programmes to graduation and being paid is becuase they can't read or write'.
i imagine they say that i can't read or write.
that's what they say about me.
which is clearly a reductio of their view.
but that's where things are at re: the gaslighting situation in new zealand.
no speak-y english when it comes to the rules and regulations or the laws or anything like that.
no sense of justice or fairness. professionalism. human decency...
