is when the university has the operational freedom to make the university curriculum indistinguishable from the kindegarten curriculum.
see... before we start on literacy we need to get a handle on 'early' and 'late'. and we need to understand that any work done in any less than an entire lifetime is early. because... we will never pay you.

so they get paid to do the work that, i guess, the people of other nations don't want to do...
else the work that the other nations don't want to pay their people to do.
because they need for some people to be held in conditions of most deprivation. so they are most determined of anyting of all never ever ever ever to pay tehm.
