so this baby whale rolls up close to the nz shore.
so new zealand people who 'mean well' get to feeding it -- to ensure it won't be motivated to return to it's pod.
best i can figure.
oh no your mommy and your pod left you you are all mine now.
and then they move it in from the ocean so there is no possibility of it leaving to find it's pod or it's pod coming back to find it.
and now it has 'self harm' behavior of damaged fin and the like because it was kept in a pool too small. and because it was kept in a pool with stagnant water it has an eye infection too.

It was out loooooooove for you that involved our keeping you in a pen.
You were voluntarily there of course. You chose to live in the pen that we provided to you for your own good because we know what is better for you than...
