our justice system doesn't work.
it isn't only that there aren't lawyers for the people... it is that the judges pretend not to have reasoning 101 capacity.
i suppose that is why they hire the people they do to teach critical reasoning. up is down and black is white and in is out and garble garble garble carrots cabbages potatoes...
the system is abusive. the strategy if obvious. you blame the person who is seeing justice. you find the person you think is the weakest in the situation and you turn on them.
it's the same old same old boring old strategy of how nz fails to develop.
i suppose it is more surprising that i expected it to be anything different from that.
i mean...
we don't have an education system. won't process enrolments or completions... i'm getting a good look at the school curriculum now. because apparently the whole university thing is already decided on the basis of school achievement. so i'm getting a look at how the school achievement thing works. or doesn't work. given how nz fails to develop and all...
they keep changing the system so people don't know how it works.
because... it doesn't. that's the point of it. it's just an elaborate ruse or hoax to have the people think that things are fair or just but for various reasons things don't go well for them because...
and the other half have imposter syndrome.
which might, in many instances, be more properly described as insight into how they were selected out for... no good reason at all.
it will make you go crazy trying to get justice from the nz court system.
that is the point of it.
then they go 'you are crazy -- see'.
and that's another one for a government detention facility somewhere. right? that's another one for 'no meaningful employment for you' right? that's another one for... the rubbish heap. right?
nz f*ck*ng draggings it's heels 'nononononononononononononononono'. the us starts. with at least the pretense of justice. imprisoning a 'doctor' for sexually molesting young gymnasts. then australia tries to follow along with an inquiry into abuse. with compensation. dollar dollar bills.
then nz...

how many trade sanctions and threats of exclusion... (see see you are no better than us!!) needed to be imposed before the esteemed leaders would even look into the situation.

it looks like we have been taken over by China.
we have security cameras up everywhere...
apparently some Chinese firm has taken over our visa processing. because that stopped (prior to Covid).
there was some noise about granting visas / residence / reinstating citizenship pathways to all the people who were promised that when they came here.
because we turned out to be f*ck*ng liars.
i only came back to this country because it looked like medicine was a pathway i could do here. because of our public education system. meritocracy. that's what the advertising / marketing was. that's what the f*ck*ng law said. public schools.
but it's a f*ck*ng hoax / scam. a scummy scummy scam.
such a tiny f*ck*ng tinpot hell hole of a garbage land.

i mean we had the nuremberg trials -- right? so we know what that can look like / how that goes. holding the senior people to account.
what was the major criticism of the nuremberg trials? why, it was that so many of the culprets or offenders were, apparently, offered citizenship or asylum or whatever in exchange for things they had that they only got or obtained in virtue of the abuses they committeed or the role they played in the situation.
so... asylum for doctors who had data or whatever where that knowledge was thought to be useful or helpful in some way for things that are good.
but that was a major criticism of the process.
and things have moved on. i mean... not in nz because nz has this failure to thrive.. failure to develop thing becuase of how it treats it's people.
how it repeatedly DOES NOT LISTEN while the blathering idiots blather on and black is white and up is down
you see it in how our politicians WILL NOT CANNOT ANSWER A GOOD QUESTION. change the subject for the con-munication.
Brownley gets a good interview from China. Tehy say 'journalists and diplomats can come here if they come here with an open mind'. And he says 'well now I am really worried because you are saying nothing to see here move along -- which means there is something to see here. Or you wouldn't say that. And you won't let people visit'.
Because listening comprehension 101 no work-y.
And because that's how he is. Good to know Brownley. When you say 'nothing to see here' you mean 'there's a big f*ck*ng problem'. I guess that's why you get to be as high up the hierarchy of things as you are in NZ. A necessary pre-requisite skill. Imposter syndrome much?
And they will come... Eventually. For unannounced inspections of the prisons and schools and hospitals. To see what is going on there.
NZ doesn't really have a 'historic abuses' situation. Because it's still ongoing.
We haven't apologised for the stolen generation because we are still stealing them.

You would think we would be an a position to learn from others. Vicariously. From history. To use that to jump forwards. Like not having to re-invent teh wheel because the wheel is in the cultural environment already.
But nononononononononononononono. Why let other countries have all the fun of the abuses and atrocities they get to committ on the way... Dragging dragging dragging...

If you look in the news... It's only rare that wh*t* tr*sh (their view of things) gets sanctioned by the prisons. Insofar as there is justice at all... It appears to be doled out on pacific islanders in the first instance (they get named and shamed for slavery and drug crime no name supression for them) then Maaori and then wh*t* tr*sh (their view of things).
It is never the case that administration is required to answer: and then pay. For hteir crimes.
The world doesn't need another observational study of torture. Nope. With false stats. It's garbage to think that these f*ck*ng psychopaths have any skills at lal that are valued or valuable. Holding back development. Yay. Well done you. Your legacy. The world is a worse place for having you in it. Congrats.
