So here i am with this dorm for people unable to clean up their own mess. On an 8 year contract.
Getting way less rent than if they were normal people.
Because the girl aint cleaning up her own mess we dont want to allow a cat into the house and now people are turning against us.
Not only does the girl not clean up her mess, the guy just told me he thinks the cleaning plan is useless and he just cleans to avoid stress.

So he will soon see that not cleaning is totally fine stress wise and stop doing it.
The association (assembly) responsible for the dorm doesnt do sh*t. They didnt even tell the girl to clean.

The simplest solution will probably be to hire a cleaner to come once a week to clean communal areas. Then to keep your own dishes in your room and look after them yourself.
8 years is an awfully long time to contract to live with people. An awful lot of marriages don't last that long.
I find it a lot simpler to live by myself and manage my own affairs.

Well my reaction was a bit over the top.
I tend to do that and get pre-psychotic when i am angered by something.
I have remedied with lorazepam.
It might also have to do with antipsychotic withdrawal.
I want to see if i stabilize on the lower dosage. If i do which i hope, i want to lower it further.
