i went to the Dr.'s today. I'm trying a different antidepressant after I taper off the one I'm on now.
I am literally in an ice cream coma right now. I ate ice cream, and now I'm wicked tired. Sugar does that to me. I am trying the body ecology diet, and getting off to a rocky start...
I'm reading a really good book right now. It's called Guitar Notes by Mary Amato. It's YA. I have also discovered the best soundtrack music, it's to the movie Hello I must be Going, and Laura Veirs is the artist that sings. I love her....

Angela,
I still seem to have an affinity for young-adult literature (which is what I think you were referring to when you said "YA") when my concentration isn't really poor, even though I'm not such a young adult anymore. I hope that you'll enjoy reading the book and listening to your soundtrack, while taking it easy with the ice cream. And good luck with your medication change.
