Worry about rising from the ashes later. Cry when you can, mourn lost relationships, take your meds, and call 911 when you've had enough. You can't get better if you're not here. Always be honest with your doctor. If you lie, you are wasting your time while he could be helping people that really could use his help and are serious about getting better.

Sounds good, Phil.
I think I get it and I like it.
You sound good.
Glad you still choose to hang around here :-)

I come and go. I told my therapist that we just shoot the breeze. He said you're doctor hasn't been able to get you stabilized in a year and a half. (hard to do therapy with a jack in the box.) But the last time I saw him I knew I was better..for today anyway.
