I have sleep paralysis frequently. I hate it. It probably only lasts for a few seconds, but it feels like forever. I also walk in my sleep. My husband recently found me getting up and starting downstairs to make coffee. I told him it was morning and time to get up. He woke me up fully and I saw it was only 11:45. My daughter has found me wandering around in the middle of the night and led me back to bed. I've woken up to find myself walking around the house.
Strange and a little scary.

That is scary. I'd be kinda freaked out being the one to wake the person up.
I haven't had anymore issues with the hallucinations. The last two nights I turned off the bedroom light and didn't close and lock the door. Sounds silly but it was a big step for me.
