Hello to you! Things are pretty good. I'm dipping my toes in the water here since it appears that a lot of change is going on. I like change.
Still doing therapy, fairly stable on medications, and I haven't been arrested for anything yet. So life is good.

How are you? Thanks for saying hello to me.

Glad to hear that you have stayed out of jail! Things are a lot better for me, too, than five years ago, but with some ups and downs still. Depression is a lot less - just using tianeptine and maintenance TMS. Therapy has been extremely helpful, but now I am facing the departure of my therapist for the west coast ( I'm in the east). Not sure yet how we will deal with that. I am worried that I may lose some of what I've gained. I hope I will find that I can manage just as well on my own.

I hope you will stay and join the discussions.

Wow, I don't know how I would handle my therapist moving across country. I hope you have enough time to get some adequate referrals from her/him.

I am still polypharmaceutical. I am pretty sure I would rattle if anyone shook me. But stability is an unfamiliar place for me, and I am looking at it at an enormous gift.

I have been reading the boards all along (of course) and it is nice to be back.

Thanks again.

Hey there, RJ!
If there is anything I can be relied upon, it's to be unreliable. I can't say my temper will obey, but it's no fun being on the outside looking in. Thank you for welcoming me.

You sound as if you are doing better than before.

Hey, Alexandra. I know I've been guilty of thought crimes, but I'm a wimp at heart. I can't promise a brand new Partlycloudy, but hopefully I will take myself offline with any stupidities.
It's been great to read your posts, and they are one of the things that brought me back.

Well, it was brief, but I did more than lurk. I've got issues with Bob (see admin, if you dare), and I just can't abide by what has been happening here. At some unspecified future date, I'll probably drop in again.

I don't plan to get involved, if it's possible. Skim, share, and help. Babble has always been about the participants; or it should have been for me, because that is how it has helped me.

But I do completely understand.
Be well.

Hi PC. I jump in the pool occasionally. Then hop out and dry off.

I became a grandfather and will be retiring this year so change is the operative word for me these days. I'm not sure what I will do with all the free time.

Good to see you again.

That is probably the healthy pattern I will try to follow.

I too am a grandmama though my granddaughter is far away. I do love lavishing love, attention, and gifts when we see the family. (I'm a step grandparent, so sometimes I have to wait in line. No problem!)

I've been drawn back in, too. I don't know how much I'll post, but I do miss sending those cyberslaps.

Thanks Scott. He was born 3 weeks premature (I guess they now say pre-term). My son has been showing as a new father maturity and responsibility that I haven't seen or haven't noticed before in him. I worried for weeks because the baby just slept all the time, something I was told is normal for little ones. Now he's active and fussy which again reminds you to be careful what you wish for.
