fb,i got a yoga mat for xmas,and i got dvd on yoga from library.think i might get enlightened while i yoga? i dont like to meditate.i do feel "enlightened" while getting a massage,though.I think going to Hawaii and experiencing the trade winds might do it!

If a massage helps, yes, they might be alright.
The only meditation I have taken to is breathing. I focus on my breath. I need something to do.

yes,i got a massage certificate for xmas! Havent been to get one yet.Im waiting until stress is unbearable.Im about there,the in laws are coming to stay awhile,our business was vandalized,and we spent tues night in the er(my son had a skateboarding accident,didnt tell us,then the injury got an abscess,which then lead to infection,which lead to intravenous antibiotics and lancing,ugh)and no health insurance.eeekkk.We're all still alive,and I havent increased my klonopin!
