I did a bad thing

Posted by Deneb on November 19, 2011, at 20:03:32

I went to McDonald's at Walmart and ate 2 chicken sandwiches, one medium fries, one large fries and a medium diet coke. I ate two meals.

I felt uncomfortably full.

Then I purged it all in the washrooms that most customers don't use (all the way in the back of the Walmart, they are much cleaner).

It was so easy to purge and it made me feel much better afterwards.

I'm afraid this is going to be a regular occurence if I can't control my binging.

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop binging?

Would you mind very much putting a "Dinah Trigger" on posts like this?

I like to keep up with what's going on with you, even though I haven't had time to chat lately being rather constantly behind in work. I get very triggered by the idea of purging, and definitely by purging in public places.

I think I got triggered at McDonald's. There was a girl there. I'm guessing she was around 15 or 16. She was so thin and small! She looks less than a size zero. Her thighs were tiny but she wasn't skeletal. She looked perfect. She must have been 80 pounds or something. I noticed that she didn't eat.

Then I realized how much I was eating. I was stuffing myself with high calorie ultra greasy food.

It's horrible. I wish I could just stop eating. I keep eating junk food. Just today I ate an entire big bag of potato chips. I drank 5 cans of diet pop.

My stomach fat is huge. I look pregnant or something. I just wish I were thin. I have no self control.

Not taking Risperdal?

I wish your pdoc wouldn't do that. It makes me very angry that she does it when she's not seeing you often enough to monitor.

Ugh, pdoc said going off of it would make me lose weight. Risperdal makes people gain weight. But right now the opposite is happening!

I'm starting to think it wasn't the Risperdal at all that made me slowly gain weight. It was just me overeating.

I wish she would give me something that actually stopped me from eating so much. Adderall would be good or some kind of speed or something. LOL She wouldn't give me that though LOL.

Ugh, I ate almost another entire bag of chips today, SunChips, a tiny bit healthier than potato chips, but still...

It's not your weight I was thinking of. Your posts are qualitatively different when you aren't taking your Risperdal. I'm pretty accurate at guessing aren't I?

Risperdal is something I take when I'm on an obsessive cycle. If you aren't going back on Risperdal, I think you should try to move the obsessiveness of your focus to something outside yourself. It's far more enjoyable and marginally more helpful.

How about contacting your astronomy club?
