"oh we had so much fun."
And I think...
Does she belong in my reality?
The one in which I spent part of each day sobbing and sitting on the bathroom floor? I guess, no??
Something inside me snapped
and that's not just a phrase.
I think I might've actually heard myself break.
I just wondered what the hell I was going to do, what I could possibly do.
And the truth hit me that there was nothing to do about it.
And it was indeed as it is.
Nothing to be done but to accept it.
And for all the trying there it was...
Cold and plain.

Almost all poetry is *bad* IMO. But a song? Lyrics are a type of poetry, as in lyrical. As in troubadour. I can hear the music here. Kind of blue.
Thanks sg.
