OK, I just dug in my ears to get out my earwax, then I used a Waterpik with water in them, then the Waterpik with hydrogren peroxide and water and also some Q-tips.
Anyways, when I put the Q-tip in, there was some blood on the Q-tip from the left ear. My ear doesn't hurt or anything. Is my ear OK?
Should I put some alcohol in my ear?

No, definitely not. You don't want to damage your ear. Ear drums are delicate.
