i seem to be slowing down in mind an body, i dont like the holidays as most depressive dont ,its a change in are routine. plus we carnt get hammered like everyone else// with the meds to take.we get break,s in the fog but not at holiday time.all the bars are packed with festive reveller,s, i came home i carnt be doing with it. Im not anti chrismas but i carnt do all the joy an happiness to everyone bit.
