Is there any 'tiny' way to speed 52k up?

anything please? for right now, DSL, then Warp 10 speeds thanks to quack,

Deneb will go where no popcorn has gone before, so fast, the stomache blasts "WARP" blast! SALT EVERYWHERE!

anyways, being cranky, help w/ this crisis, dialup, yuk. Only thing it supports is looking up stuff.
