I just drank a 473 mL can of Moosehead Lager. Not sure what to say about it. It tastes like beer. It isn't too hard to choke down. Not bitter. I have a nice buzz now. When I walk around it is like I am super relaxed.
On a 1 to 10 scale where 1 means it is absolutely disgusting and I would never drink it again, 5 being it is neither good nor bad, I can choke it down OK and 10 being it almost tastes good and I can drink it without too much trouble. I give it a 7. LOL
Of course this is only like the 6th time I've tried beer in my life, so I don't have much to compare with. ROFL

I went for a walk after my beer. Bad idea LOL.
I got a little nauseous and really thirsty.
Anyways, alcohol and exercise do not mix.
I think I got dehydrated because before my walk I peed a lot.

Anyone want them?
I don't want to drink another 3 cans of beer. It tastes bad and makes me feel sick.

> Sure, never had Canadian beer before. Is it very light?
I'm not too sure, I think so? LOL I don't know much about beer.
It wasn't undrinkable for me so I guess most people would like it. I guess the word is smooth? It was pretty smooth and not bitter with a malty taste? I dunno. LOL
Oh I found a description:
Moosehead Lager is a 5% alcohol by volume golden lager that is light in body and highly refreshing, offering a fine balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Made from an age-old yeast culture, Moosehead Lager is brewed longer to impart its unique flavour

I've always found drinking to be too much trouble, never liked it, probably never will. It's just as well, too many alcoholics in my family.

I'm drinking Alexander Keith's Premium White Ale brewed with citrus and spice.
I'm surprised, it's actually not bad at all. I like the citrus in it. It doesn't have a strong beer flavour. I could drink this OK.

I've decided I want to have a buzz at Weight Watchers so I am starting on another beer. This time I am drinking Pilsner Urquell brewed in Plzen Czech. When I am drinking it it tastes ok. It kind of has a meaty flavour to it, which I like, but after my sip, it tastes bad, kind of bitter.
So I would have to say I still like Alexander Keith's Premium White Ale better.

How much drinking is normal? I had almost 1 liter of beer today. I think that's a lot. I didn't really get too intoxicated though. I could walk straight and I wasn't wild or anything. I just felt a little bit out of it.
I don't want to become an alcoholic or anything. Are 2 large cans of beer a day OK? I think I will stick to at most one can a day to try all the different types of beer out there.
How much beer do alcoholics drink?

How much is not much?
I don't plan on drinking everyday normally. I will be careful though, I don't want to develop a tolerance. I think I am just drinking now because I'm bored, but I should do other things like start studying for my classes. I definitely should not drink at all when I study. I will drink coffee instead. Coffee makes me concentrate better.

I have often gotten that feeling after reading your posts that you need or are asking for protection from yourself. Do you feel like you are looking for trouble at all? Of course it's only my impression and I am often wrong. Additionally, I am one who knows how to get myself in trouble.
Stop drinking beer dear one, it's yucky. ;-)

> Stop drinking beer dear one, it's yucky. ;-)Oh no, I don't think I am in any trouble at all. I don't like alcohol very much. Plus there is no way I am spending tons of money on alcohol. I'm just drinking a little, I think it is OK. It's like when people hit the legal age, they go a bit crazy experimenting with alcohol but the curiosity fades after college. I am just in a younger frame of mind than most adults.
I can't see myself drinking a lot long term.
I just like writing about my experiences. I like sharing my life with babblers.

This time I tried DAB Dortmunder Actien-Brauerei Original, product of Germany. I think I am getting more used to the taste of beer so that I don't instinctively want to spit it out, but this DAB is kind of bitter. I don't like it. It doesn't have a distinct taste. It says on the can it is the "Beer of World Fame" though, so maybe I just don't know how to enjoy a beer.
This is the end of the thread.
