I have a lot to talk about. I couldn't stop crying today. I am still crying kind of. My Mom thinks I caught a cold.

Hi Deneb.
Along another thread, I asked if you were in psychotherapy. I really didn't know. Is your PDoc a psychiatrist or a psychologist?
What helps me when I am as distraught as you are now is to write stuff. Just write and write and write. It is a form of journaling. Write down every thought and feeling that comes to you, even if it doesn't make sense. It should end up being an effective catharsis. It is okay to cry while you are doing it. When you reach an end point, sometime things make more sense. Sometimes, going back and reading your journal helps to clarify your issues. You might be able to work through many of them yourself.

My pdoc is a psychiatrist who does therapy. She manages my meds and see me once a week for therapy. I haven't seen her in over 3 weeks though because of my trip and she got sick on the day I was supposed to see her. I see her tomorrow.
The writing things idea is good. I've been writing what to say to pdoc.
This is the end of the thread.
