I need to grow two inches of hair by Monday or I will die.
It was getting too long and sort of greasy looking by the end of the day, so I went to a new hairdresser to have it cut. It's fairly shocking. She cut all of the dyed bits off so it looks like I've changed hair colour as well as had a severe hair cut. My dad couldn't look at me properly so I know it's bad. This isn't good timing with some other stuff that's going on in my life. I wish I was dead.

Q how long was your hair? Two inches is a lot for a guy and is it the color or length that bothers you the most? I bet it looks fine. Love Phillipa

It was fairly long, down to my chin almost. I shouldn't have had it done. Maybe it will look better in a few weeks.

Hi Q,
I bet it'll look better in a few weeks.
Sorry that happened.
Is there anything you could do with it using some hair product? Something dramatic that looks like it was meant to look like that & that you paid big money for it to look like that?
Are you a pony-tail type person - I guess it's not long enough for that! Dam*
Would your life-style allow you to wear some sort of very cool or funky hat?
Time will fix it up but in the meantime, make sure you dress in clothes that you KNOW you look good in! If you can afford it, why not buy yourself something that you love the way you look in?
hugs, Kath

Thanks Kath, it is starting to look a bit better. I got some 'fibre putty' and made it into a messed up look. It probably looks less strange than it did before it was cut.

I'm so glad!
That must feel WAY better! At least one good thing about hair is that it grows back.
My chiropractor's receptionist came in one day with her (formerly long) hair VERY short & spiky. She has it bleached quite quite light blond.
I made a big fuss about how I loved it.
After a few minutes, she told me that she actually had LOVED her long hair; her husband's daughter is now living with them, she (mom) had her bleaching product in her hair, then stepdaughter did something or other - oh, I think it was got caught in a big lie. So stepmom was really giving her a talking to & all of a sudden realized that it was WAY over due to rinse out the hair product! As she rinsed it out, BIG hunks of hair were falling out!!!! YIKES!
take care, xox Kath
