I weighed myself before getting into bed last night, and this morning I was 4lb lighter. No urine was eliminated, so it can't be water loss. So what is it? Surely it can't be 4lb of sweat either. I'm baffled.

Always thinner and weight less in the morning as you haven't eatten or had a drink since the night before. Hence when weighing self do in the am. Bet if you weight yourself now it will be higher. Love Phillipa
